Utah High School Basketball - Ben Lomond can't hold off West
December 28, 2021: Salt Lake City, UT 84103 The West Panthers basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Ben Lomond Scots to 60 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Granger for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 8. West will battle a Lancers team coming off a 53-42 non-league loss to Salem Hills (Salem, UT). The Lancers record now stands at 0-3.
The Scots (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Rowland Hall-St. Marks (Salt Lake City, UT). The Winged Lions enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Rowland Hall-St. Marks was nudged by Summit Academy (Bluffdale, UT), 52-37, in a non-league contest.
