In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Ashe County Huskies basketball team scored a decisive 68-36 triumph over the Huss Huskies.

In their next game, the Huskies meet the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 29. Ashe County will attempt to better on its 10-0 season record. The Villains enter the match with a 6-2 record after their 63-29 non-league win over Covenant Day (Matthews, NC).

With the defeat, Huss moves to 4-2 on the year. The Huskies host Covenant Day (Matthews, NC) to meet the Lions in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 29.
