December 28, 2021: Longview, TX 75608 Pine Tree Pirates (Longview, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Beckville Bearcats (Beckville, TX), 40-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pine Tree upgrades its record to 4-11 on the season. The Pirates travel to Wills Point (Wills Point, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 29. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Wills Point won 49-27 in their recent non-league bout against Quitman (Quitman, TX)
Next up, the Bearcats play the Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 29. Beckville will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 49-27 non-league loss to Wills Point (Wills Point, TX).
