Pennsylvania High School Basketball - West Scranton edges Lackawanna Trail
December 28, 2021: Scranton, PA 18504 The West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Lackawanna Trail Lions (Factoryville, PA), 41-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Invaders (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Western Wayne got by Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA), 59-35, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Susquehanna for a Lackawanna 4 contest on Tuesday, January 4.
