December 28, 2021: Cedar Rapids, NE 68627 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Tekamah-Herman Tigers (Tekamah, NE) and the host Riverside Chargers (Cedar Rapids, NE), saw Tekamah-Herman's basketball squad wallop Riverside by a count of 67-11.
With the victory, Tekamah-Herman upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Elgin/Pope John (Elgin, NE) to play the Wolfpack in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 29. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Elgin/Pope John won 56-15 in their recent non-league challenge against Madison (Madison, NE)
Next up, the Chargers play the Heartland Lutheran Red Hornets (Grand Island, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 4. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Red Hornets come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 55-28 non-league loss to Central Valley (Greeley, NE).
