The Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Albany Cougars to 62 in the Fightin' Irish non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Fightin' Irish now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ygnacio Valley for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory will battle a Wolves team coming off a 64-61 non-league win over Antioch (Antioch, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 10-1.
