California High School Basketball - Williams Field overwhelms Ambassador
December 28, 2022: Torrance, CA 90503 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Williams Field Black Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) and the host Ambassador Lions (Torrance, CA), saw Williams Field's basketball squad wallop Ambassador by a tally of 77-34.
With the victory, Williams Field improves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Black Hawks travel to Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ) to play the Firebirds in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Chaparral won 52-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA)
Next up, the Lions play the Environmental Charter White Tigers (Lawndale, CA) in a Mulholland challenge, on Friday, January 13. Ambassador will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The White Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 66-38 non-league loss to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA).
