December 28, 2022: Bastrop, TX 78602 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX) and the host Bastrop Bears (Bastrop, TX), saw Flour Bluff's basketball squad wallop Bastrop by a tally of 58-35.
With the victory, Flour Bluff improves its record to 14-9 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Tivy (Kerrville, TX) to play the Antlers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Antlers come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Tivy lost 62-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Boerne (Boerne, TX)
Next up, the Bears play the Harlandale Indians (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 28. Bastrop will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 76-51 non-league loss to Seguin (Seguin, TX).
