Georgia High School Basketball - Brookwood knocked off by Thomson
December 28, 2022: Snellville, GA 30078 The Thomson Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Brookwood Broncos to 47 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Collins Hill for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Thomson will meet a Eagles team coming off a 67-61 non-league loss to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-5.
The Broncos (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Chattahoochee was defeated by Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL), 57-50, in a non-league contest.
