In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Butler Bulldogs (Butler, NJ) basketball squad nipped the visiting Parsippany Redhawks (Parsippany, NJ), by a margin of 45-43.

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ). The Bears go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Hawthorne was tipped by Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ), 48-17, in a non-league outing.
