New York High School Basketball - Catskill ripped by Scotia-Glenville
December 28, 2022: Catskill, NY 12414 The Scotia-Glenville Tartans basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Catskill Cats to 30 in the Tartans non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tartans now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Glens Falls for a Section 2 Foothills contest on Friday, December 30. Scotia-Glenville will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 59-41 non-league win over Lake George (Lake George, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-5.
The Cats (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Watervliet (Watervliet, NY). The Cannoneers enter the Section 2 Patroon contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Watervliet was routed by Utica Academy of Science (Utica, NY), 66-63, in a non-league contest.
