The Centennial Golden Hawks basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Sanger Apaches to 45 in the Golden Hawks non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Golden Hawks now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lemoore for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Centennial will battle a Tigers team coming off a 49-36 non-league win over Buchanan (Clovis, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-5.

The Apaches (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Buchanan (Clovis, CA). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Buchanan was defeated by Lemoore (Lemoore, CA), 49-36, in a non-league contest.
