Maryland High School Basketball - Century fells Rockville
December 28, 2022: Rockville, MD 20851 Century Knights (Sykesville, MD) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rockville Rams (Rockville, MD), 74-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Century upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD) to clash with the Eagles in a Carroll County bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Francis Scott Key lost 59-37 in their recent non-league bout against Hammond (Columbia, MD)
Next up, the Rams clash with the Magruder Colonels (Rockville, MD) in a Montgomery 3A/2A bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Rockville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Colonels go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 49-44 non-league win over Glenelg (Glenelg, MD).
