December 28, 2022: Lewisburg, TN 37091 The Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL) basketball crushed the host Marshall County Tigers (Lewisburg, TN), 76-41 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Hornets (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Tullahoma (Tullahoma, TN). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Tullahoma was trounced by James Clemens (Madison, AL), 58-45, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Athens for a non-league test on Thursday, December 29. Marshall County will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 65-54 non-league loss to Beech (Hendersonville, TN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 12-1.
