Texas High School Basketball - North Lamar knocked off by Cleburne
December 28, 2022: Paris, TX 75460 The Cleburne Yellowjackets basketball team scored 58 points and held the host North Lamar Panthers to 46 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kilgore for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Cleburne will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-44 league win over Gilmer (Gilmer, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-9.
The Panthers (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Marshall (Marshall, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league contest with a 10-12 record. In their last contest, Marshall ran past Commerce (Commerce, TX), 61-53, in a non-league contest.
