California High School Basketball - O'Connell ripped by El Cerrito
December 28, 2022: San Francisco, CA 94110 The El Cerrito Gauchos basketball team scored 80 points and held the host O'Connell Boilermakers to 31 in the Gauchos non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Gauchos now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Castro Valley for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. El Cerrito will meet a Trojans team coming off a 64-61 non-league win over Deer Valley (Antioch, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 6-5.
The Boilermakers (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Deer Valley (Antioch, CA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Deer Valley was routed by Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA), 64-61, in a non-league contest.
