December 28, 2022: Houston, TX Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX) and the host Klein Cain Hurricanes (Houston, TX), saw Fort Bend Travis's basketball squad hold off Klein Cain by a tally of 71-67.
With the victory, Fort Bend Travis improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX) to play the Panthers in a 6A Region III District 20 challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Ridge Point won 65-64 in their recent non-league challenge against Bryan (Bryan, TX)
Next up, the Hurricanes play the Klein Oak Panthers (Spring, TX) in a 6A Region II District 15 challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Klein Cain will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record.
