The Lions now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paragould for a 5A East battle on Friday, January 6. Searcy will battle a Rams team coming off a 72-45 non-league loss to Mountain Home (Mountain Home, AR). The Rams record now stands at 5-11.
The Wildcats (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bald Knob (Bald Knob, AR). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region 6 battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Bald Knob was nudged by Pangburn (Pangburn, AR), 59-39, in a league battle.
