Connecticut High School Basketball - University tops Harvard Ellis Tech
December 28, 2022: Killingly, CT 06239 University Hawks (Hartford, CT) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Harvard Ellis Tech Eagles (Killingly, CT), 55-37 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, University upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Hawks host Classical Magnet (Hartford, CT) to play the Gladiators in a Capitol Region bout on Friday, January 6. The Gladiators come into the bout with a record of 3-1.
Next up, the Eagles play the Putnam Clippers (Putnam, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Harvard Ellis Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Clippers come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 57-40 non-league win over Stafford (Stafford Springs, CT).
