December 28, 2022: Brush Prairie, WA 98606 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Shelton Highclimbers (Shelton, WA) basketball squad nipped the host Hockinson Hawks (Brush Prairie, WA), by a margin of 60-58.
The Highclimbers (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Elma (Elma, WA). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Elma got by Aberdeen (Aberdeen, WA), 65-38, in a non-league outing.
The Hawks now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Vancouver for a 2A Greater St. Helens outing on Tuesday, January 3. Hockinson will clash with a Trappers squad coming off a 66-60 non-league loss to Weed (Weed, CA). The Trappers record now stands at 0-7.
