Texas High School Basketball - Horn knocked off by Permian
December 28, 2022: Odessa, TX 79762 The Permian Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Horn Jaguars to 41 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Travis for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Permian will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 67-54 non-league loss to Plano East (Plano, TX). The Cavaliers record now stands at 13-5.
The Jaguars (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Prosper (Prosper, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Prosper was defeated by Highland Park (Dallas, TX), 67-46, in a non-league contest.
