December 28, 2022: St. Louis, MO 63103 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Wekiva Mustangs (Apopka, FL) and the host KIPP (St. Louis, MO), saw Wekiva's basketball squad wallop KIPP by a tally of 71-41.
With the victory, Wekiva improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 30. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Mt. Vernon lost 44-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Evanston (Evanston, IL)
Next up, the confront the Cahokia Comanches (Cahokia, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. KIPP will attempt to improve on its 9-1 season record. The Comanches come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 74-59 non-league loss to Marist (Chicago, IL).
