Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs (Jacksonville, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lejeune Devil Pups (Camp Lejeune, NC), 70-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northside - Jacksonville upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Monarchs travel to White Oak (Jacksonville, NC) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 7-2. White Oak won 65-54 in their recent non-league bout against Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC)
