New Jersey High School Basketball - Lindenwold crushes Schalick
December 28, 2022: Lindenwold, NJ 08021 Lindenwold Lions (Lindenwold, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Schalick Cougars (Pittsgrove, NJ), 71-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lindenwold upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Lions host Woodbury (Woodbury, NJ) to play the Thundering Herd in a Colonial - Patriot bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Thundering Herd go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Woodbury won 66-64 in their recent non-league bout against Pennsauken (Pennsauken, NJ)
Next up, the Cougars play the Pennsville Memorial Eagles (Pennsville, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Schalick will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 71-42 non-league win over Buena (Buena, NJ).
