The St. Charles basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Linganore Lancers to 44 in the non-league victory on Wednesday.

The now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitman for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. St. Charles will battle a Vikings team coming off a 67-57 non-league win over Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-1.

The Lancers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Middletown (Middletown, MD). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Middletown overwhelmed Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD), 69-57, in a league bout.
