North Carolina High School Basketball - North Stokes crushes Rosman
December 28, 2022: Danbury, NC 27016 North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC), 85-36 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, North Stokes upgrades its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Swain County (Bryson City, NC) to play the Maroon Devils in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Maroon Devils come into the bout with a record of 4-5. Swain County won 67-49 in their recent non-league bout against Owen (Black Mountain, NC)
Next up, the Tigers play the Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 42 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Rosman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Warhorses come into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 67-49 non-league loss to Swain County (Bryson City, NC).
