California High School Basketball - Northview tops Sierra Vista

December 28, 2022: Baldwin Park, CA 91706

Northview Vikings (Covina, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Sierra Vista Dons (Baldwin Park, CA), 49-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Northview upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to St. Genevieve (Panorama City, CA) to play the Valiants in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Valiants come into the bout with a record of 8-8. St. Genevieve won 66-47 in their recent non-league bout against Alta Loma (Alta Loma, CA)

Next up, the Dons play the Azusa Aztecs (Azusa, CA) in a Montview bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Sierra Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Aztecs come into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 39-37 league win over Gladstone (Covina, CA).
