Idaho High School Basketball - Oakwood thwarts Sandpoint
December 28, 2022: Sandpoint, ID 83864 The Oakwood Owls (North Hollywood, CA) basketball knocked off the host Sandpoint Bulldogs (Sandpoint, ID), 55-46 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Owls (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Punahou (Honolulu, HI). The Buff n' Blue go into the non-league test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Punahou notched a victory over Kamehameha Hawai'i (Kea'au, HI), 54-39, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeland for a 5A/4A Inland Empire test on Friday, January 6. Sandpoint will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 74-45 non-league loss to Davenport (Davenport, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-7.
