New York High School Basketball - Owego Free Academy tipped by Waterville
December 28, 2022: Owego, NY 13827 The Waterville Indians basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Owego Free Academy Indians to 56 in the Indians non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Indians now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Waterville will meet a Jugglers team coming off a 68-57 non-league win over Cooperstown (Cooperstown, NY). The Jugglers record now stands at 1-1.
The Indians (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY). The Red Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Palmyra-Macedon nudged Wayne (Ontario Center, NY), 42-37, in a league contest.
