Oregon High School Basketball - Portland Christian knocked off by Riverdale
December 28, 2022: Portland, OR 97219 The Riverdale Mavericks basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Portland Christian Royals to 54 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Mavericks now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Helens for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Riverdale will battle a Lions team coming off a 52-42 non-league win over Colton (Colton, OR). The Lions record now stands at 2-7.
The Royals (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Colton (Colton, OR). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Colton was defeated by St. Helens (St. Helens, OR), 52-42, in a non-league contest.
