The West Caldwell Warriors basketball team scored 93 points and restricted the visiting R-S Central Hilltoppers to 65 in the Warriors non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Warriors now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maiden for a 2A Conference 45 contest on Tuesday, January 3. West Caldwell will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 63-36 non-league loss to Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-1.

The Hilltoppers (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Polk County (Columbus, NC). The Wolverines come into the 2A Conference 41 contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Polk County was routed by Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC), 72-52, in a league contest.
