December 28, 2022: Chicago, IL 60634 The Waubonsie Valley Warriors basketball team (Aurora, IL), was overwhelmed 50-28 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host St. Patrick Shamrocks (Chicago, IL)
The Shamrocks now possess a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benet Academy for a East Suburban Catholic battle on Friday, January 6. St. Patrick will battle a Redwings team coming off a 49-43 non-league win over Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL). The Redwings record now stands at 15-0.
The Warriors (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL). The Caravan come into the non-league battle with a 15-1 record. In their last battle, Chicago Mt. Carmel trounced Moline (Moline, IL), 74-61, in a non-league battle.
