Ohio High School Basketball - Archbishop Hoban knocked off by Anthony Wayne
December 28, 2022: Akron, OH 44306 The Anthony Wayne Generals basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Archbishop Hoban Knights to 50 in the Generals non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Generals now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perkins for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Anthony Wayne will battle a Pirates team coming off a 66-40 non-league loss to Copley (Copley, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 4-5.
The Knights (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Solon (Solon, OH). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 9-1 record.
