December 28, 2022: Canfield, OH 44406 The Western Reserve Blue Devils basketball team (Berlin Center, OH), was overwhelmed 44-18 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH)
The Cardinals now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poland Seminary for a non-league battle on Friday, December 30. Canfield will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-56 league win over Struthers (Struthers, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-1.
The Blue Devils (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Tigers come into the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Springfield trounced United (Hanoverton, OH), 54-41, in a non-league battle.
