Pennsylvania High School Basketball - West Perry knocked off by Carlisle
December 28, 2022: Carlisle, PA 17013 The Carlisle Thundering Herd basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting West Perry Mustangs to 42 in the Thundering Herd non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Thundering Herd now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Williamsport for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Carlisle will play a Millionaires squad coming off a 33-27 non-league win over Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA). The Millionaires record now stands at 3-3.
Next up, the Mustangs play the Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. West Perry will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Polar Bears come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 57-31 league win over Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA).
