Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cathedral Academy Generals (North Charleston, SC), 66-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Islands upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Sharks travel to Savannah Country Day (Savannah, GA) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 7-0.

Next up, the Generals play the Crescent Tigers (Iva, SC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Cathedral Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record.
