Ursuline Academy Bears (Dallas, TX) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX), 56-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ursuline Academy upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Bears host Trinity Christian (Addison, TX) to play the Trojans in a TAPPS 6A District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 8-10.

Next up, the Bobcats play the Trinity Christian Trojans (Addison, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Celina will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 8-10 record after their 43-29 non-league loss to Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX).
