December 28, 2022: Colton, OR 97017 The Colton Vikings basketball team scored 30 points and held the visiting The Dalles Riverhawks to 23 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Vikings now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverdale for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Colton will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 48-26 non-league win over Portland Christian (Portland, OR). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-2.
The Riverhawks (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Portland Christian (Portland, OR). The Royals go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Portland Christian was edged by Riverdale (Portland, OR), 48-26, in a non-league bout.
