Ohio High School Basketball - Columbia crushes Elyria
December 28, 2022: Columbia Station, OH 44028 Columbia Raiders (Columbia Station, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH), 54-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Columbia upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Raiders travel to Keystone (La Grange, OH) to clash with the Wildcats in a Lorain County 8 bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 10-0. Keystone won 44-40 in their recent non-league bout against North Olmsted (North Olmsted, OH)
Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a Southwestern bout, on Saturday, January 7. Elyria will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Shoremen go into the bout with a 7-4 record after their 51-16 non-league win over Cold Spring Harbor (Cold Spring Harbor, NY).
