Minnesota High School Basketball - Russell-Tyler-Ruthton tops Faribault
December 28, 2022: Tyler, MN 56178 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights (Tyler, MN) and the visiting Faribault Falcons (Faribault, MN), saw Russell-Tyler-Ruthton's basketball squad knock off Faribault by a tally of 50-38.
With the victory, Russell-Tyler-Ruthton improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to MACCRAY (Clara City, MN) to play the Wolverines in a A Section 3 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 6-2.
Next up, the Falcons play the Owatonna Huskies (Owatonna, MN) in a AAAA Section 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Faribault will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record.
