Michigan High School Basketball - Marine City tops Yale
December 28, 2022: Yale, MI 48097 Marine City Mariners (Marine City, MI) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI), 34-24 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Marine City upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Mariners travel to Fraser (Fraser, MI) to play the Ramblers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Ramblers come into the bout with a record of 8-1. Fraser won 58-22 in their recent non-league bout against Roseville (Roseville, MI)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Imlay City Spartans (Imlay City, MI) in a Blue Water Area bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Yale will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 65-31 non-league loss to Goodrich (Goodrich, MI).
