California High School Basketball - Otay Ranch nips Grossmont
December 28, 2022: El Cajon, CA 92021 Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA), 47-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Otay Ranch upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Westview (San Diego, CA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Westview won 72-20 in their recent non-league bout against Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA)
Next up, the Foothillers play the El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Grossmont will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
