North Carolina High School Basketball - East Wake nudges Panther Creek
December 28, 2022: Wendell, NC 27591 East Wake Warriors (Wendell, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC), 70-66 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East Wake upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Warriors host Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 9-0. Cardinal Gibbons won 68-38 in their recent non-league bout against Millbrook (Raleigh, NC)
Next up, the Catamounts clash with the Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Panther Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 68-38 non-league loss to Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC).
