In Thursday's non-league outing, the Quincy Blue Devils (Quincy, IL) basketball squad felled the host Althoff Catholic Crusaders (Belleville, IL), by a margin of 61-48.

The Blue Devils (14-0) will now prepare for their outing against O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, O'Fallon thwarted Rockford East (Rockford, IL), 67-36, in a non-league outing.

The Crusaders now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to MacArthur for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 28. Althoff Catholic will clash with a Generals squad coming off a 58-51 non-league win over Granite City (Granite City, IL). The Generals record now stands at 10-1.
