In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Palisades Pumas basketball team scored a good 51-43 triumph over the Ballou Knights.

In their next game, the Pumas meet the Lab University Prep Lab Rats (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 29. Palisades will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Lab Rats enter the match with a 8-5 record after their 73-58 non-league win over Shelby (Shelby, NC).
