The Benjamin Davis Falcons basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Willis Wildkats to 48 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Strake Jesuit for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Benjamin Davis will battle a Fighting Crusaders team coming off a 70-22 non-league win over Milby (Houston, TX). The Fighting Crusaders record now stands at 8-10.

The Wildkats (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against The Woodlands (The Woodlands, TX). The Highlanders come into the 6A Region II District 13 contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, The Woodlands was nudged by Westlake (Austin, TX), 46-35, in a non-league contest.
