Alabama High School Basketball - Decatur Heritage Christian Academy tipped by Boaz
December 28, 2023: Boaz, AL 35957 The Boaz Pirates basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Decatur Heritage Christian Academy Eagles to 47 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Pirates now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arab for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Boaz will meet a Knights team coming off a 51-48 non-league win over White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Knights record now stands at 15-2.
The Eagles (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Shoals Christian (Florence, AL). The Flame enter the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Shoals Christian was nudged by Sulligent (Sulligent, AL), 72-58, in a non-league contest.
