December 28, 2023: Charleston, SC 29412 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the First Baptist School Hurricanes (Charleston, SC) and the visiting Calvary Day Cavaliers (Savannah, GA), saw First Baptist School's basketball squad knock off Calvary Day by a tally of 53-39.
With the victory, First Baptist School improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 11-4. Westminster Catawba Christian won 56-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Lucy Beckham Bengals (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Calvary Day will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Bengals come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 56-51 non-league loss to Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC).
