The Cary Christian Knights basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Raleigh Charter Phoenix to 19 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Life Camp for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Cary Christian will battle a Storm team coming off a 64-40 non-league loss to Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Storm record now stands at 4-4.

The Phoenix (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Princeton (Princeton, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Princeton triumphed over East Duplin (Beulaville, NC), 57-53, in a non-league contest.
