The Corsicana Tigers basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Central Heights Blue Devils to 41 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Van for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Corsicana will battle a Vandals team coming off a 68-43 non-league loss to Palestine (Palestine, TX). The Vandals record now stands at 7-11.

The Blue Devils (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Sulphur Springs (Sulphur Springs, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Sulphur Springs was nudged by Davenport (San Antonio, TX), 49-39, in a non-league contest.
